Is there a Linux equivalent of Fruity Loops and Cakewalk?
By Administrator on Nov 27, 2010 in Questions
I am looking to run an equal release of Fruity Loops as well as Cakewalk on my Ubuntu Linux OS. Is there this kind of a thing? If not, what exactly are some good audio mixing / documenting programs for Ubuntu Linux?
What searched for:
- fruity loops for linux
- anything like fruity loops for a linux op system
- i want to run cakewalk but I have ubuntu as an os
- is there a open source like cakewalk
- linux cakewalk equivelent
- linux frooty loops
- linux fruity loops
- linux programs like fruity loops
- open source cakewalk
- ubuntu cakewalk

We’ve got lots of mixing programs, but I don’t know of any that come with pre-recorded sounds (real artists don’t need them anyway.)

i use it to run some windows software without problems

Try to use KMix, this is an open source KDE sound mixer that are usually a default package in Linux distros such as Fedora Core 8 (Werewolf). Never tried to use it.
