i recently installed xubuntu 10. 4 using wubi. Now often the display crashes randomly. Help plz?

i a short while back installed xubuntu 10.4 employing wubi under my glass windows C: produce (4 GB). Now sometimes after booting up xubuntu, the display crashes at random times and starts blinking white stripes on fifty percent of the screen. And also when xubuntu boots up the logo appears really pixelly and appears as though it is run in safe mode and ahead of time of the logo appears a speedy eco-friendly color flashes on the screen. I use Samsung syncmaster 794mg keep an eye on and my car owner is intel 82845G. I use 1152×864 resolution while my keep an eye on supports upto 1280×1024 resolution. grant me Please. I examined on all resolutions and it seems how the monitor is crashing on most of the resolutions
