How do I set up wireless for Ubuntu on a macbook?

I have a 13 inch Macbook Pro Intel Core 2 Duo, and I installed Ubuntu 10.04 on it but it dosn’t recognize any wireless networks. So how do I get it to work? Do I need to install drivers? Where do I get the drivers?

thanks
