how do i install netgead wnda3100 wireless adapter to my computer which had a linux operating system?

Hi i’ve a linux operating tactic working ubuntu 10.4 and i got a netgear wnda3100 wireless adapter and so i can recieve wifi and the archive manager that runs with linux wont ensure it is easy for me to put in the disk for netgear. THe archive manager also will not ensure it is easy for me to put in anything at all else upon the computer.. make sure you HELP!

You cannot install Windows software on Linux. The driver on the Netgear disk is for Windows. If your system does not auto-configure it, and it probably won’t, you will need to find the driver online and install it. I couldn’t find the driver when I searched. The links below might help you.
