You must do it WITHOUT entering windows because windows does not support the Linux file type (ext3)

A windows CD will do the job.

    Hope this helps

Well, you take the hard drive out of your PC,

    then,

    SMASH UP UP AHAHHAHAHHAMWMWHAHAHAHHA.

The only way to do it is to wipe the hard drive, invest in a new one IMO and install Windows on it.

Question, why? Why would you want to uninstall Ubuntu? Freeware all the way!

    But to answer your question:

Did you install Ubuntu using Wubi? If so, you can just log in to Windows and uninstall it from your control panel. But, if you installed it using either a virtual drive or as an .iso from the BIOS, then you should already know how to uninstall it, since you’re so tech-savvy.

You can use the own Ubuntu CD Installation Disk to wipe out your hard drive, load the live-cd Ubuntu, go to applications menu and click in System/Administration/GeParted, with this program you can delete all partitions in your hard drive and you can install the Windows, booting your pc with the Windows installation disk, creating the necessary partition and formatting it. But you will lost all data of your hard drive.
