Doing so would defeat the purpose of ubuntu itself. Try songbird. It’s open.

What on earth would you want to do that for?

    Basically you need to:
Set up the Pulse audio server
    Install wine
    Install Riched30.exe
    Install itunes
    Configure Quicktime
Log off and back on again
    start itunes.

Here is an article on doing it in Ubuntu 8.04

Here are the native Linux applications I generally recommend

    For playback Rhythmbox
    http://projects.gnome.org/rhythmbox/

    For syncing gtkPod
    http://www.gtkpod.org/about.html

Both are available in the Ubuntu repositories. Rhythmbox is preinstalled and gtkPod is available in the Synaptic Package Manager

    LUg.
