Unable to boot – please Appropriate use a kernel for your CPU. “to q is that??I hope I can help and thanks in advancethe 64bit virtualbox let the host operating system is 32 and riding a 64-virtual. . .and my OS is Windows Vista 64

Your windows is 64 bit?If not, try to install ubuntu 32 (but you have a problem with your windows, not your ubuntu)
